Prior to that, Mr. Al-Tuwaijri has held the position of Vice Chairman of Amar Finance and Leasing Co., Kuwait, Board member of Madain Property Co., Dubai and Mozzon Holding Co., Morocco. Mr. Al Tuwaijri is also the Chairman of Majan Development Co., Oman. From 1996 to 2003, he held several positions at NBK before being appointed Corporate Credit Manager |

Prior to that, Mr. Al-Sane worked for the Industrial Bank of Kuwait (1994 - 2005). Mr. Al-Sane is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Wethaq Takaful Insurance (Kuwait), Afkar Holding Co. (Kuwait), and Capivest (Bahrain). |

Mr. Al-Ajmi joined GIH as a Senior Manager of Human Resources Dept. in March 2007. In addition, he is also handling Administrations & Public Relations Departments.Mr. Al-Ajmi has a cumulative experience of over 17 years in the government & telecom. sectors. In 1993, he started his career with the Ministry of Interior, and was head of the Training Division in the Information System Department. Then he joined “Wataniya” Telecom. in 1999. His next assignment was with “Zain” Telecom. where he spent 3 years leading "Dar Al-Etisalat" (VIP) Dept. Then he joined the Human Resources Dept. leading the Training & Development Team for another 3 years, in addition he was the Project Manager for the "Thuraya" Satellite Telecom. Services in Kuwait. |

Mr. Abu-Rshaid joined GIH in 2006 and is currently the Vice President of Direct Investment. Prior to that, Mr. Abu-Rshaid has held several positions at the Inter-Arab Investment Guarantee Corporation (1993-2006) before being appointed head of the Short-Term Export Credit Insurance unit. Mr. Ameen joined GIH in 2004 and is currently the Vice President for Financial Control Department and currently responsible for the overall financial controls, settlements and management reporting functions at GIH. Mr. Ameen brings with him over 22 years of global work experience in finance, management consulting, auditing and Islamic Banking with large multinational companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Ernst & Young (E&Y) and Kuwait Finance House. Mr. Ameen is an F.C.A. of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, F.C.M.A. of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, A.C.M.A. of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the U.K. and M.I.F.C. of the Institute of Financial Consultants of the U.S.A. |

A Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Communication from Kuwait University Mr. Okasha was appointed as Senior Manager for Information Technology in February 2007. Prior to his appointment Mr. Okasha served as Director of Information Technology at the American University of Kuwait (AUK). Mr. Okasha is a Member of Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE), IEEE Kuwait and International Chapter, Information System Security Program (ISSP). He is also a recipient of several awards from Council Of Ministers to IDC Spokesperson. |

A Master Degree in Islamic Banking, and a Bachelor Degree in Sharia' & Economics from the University of Jordan. Mr. Jasser joined GIH in 2001 and is currently a Consultant for the Sharia’ Compliance. In his present role at GIH, he is a member of Executive Committee of the Sharia' Supervisory Board where he is responsible for ensuring the Sharia' compliance of all activities and operations at GIH. Prior to that, Mr. Jasser has held positions in external audit and Banking at KPMG (Kuwait), and Cario Amman Bank, Jordan. Mr. Jasser is also a Sharia' Board Member of several Islamic financial institutions and Islamic Funds. Mr. Jasser is Certified in Islamic Public Accounting (CIPA). |
